DME Tuning is proud to produce the highest-quality products for our customers. However, in the situation where a product must be returned, DME Tuning, at its option, may offer an exchange or refund. The following process must be followed as Lapalingo DME Tuning products returned without the following process below will be refused or returned without refund or exchange:

DME Tuning cannot accept unauthorized returns. All returned products must be authorized Lapalingo in advance by contacting DME Tuning and obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging.
Returned products must be in a clean, unused, original condition, packed in the original Lapalingo packaging, and received at DME Tuning within 30 days of sale date. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
Returned Lapalingo items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
Performance ECU Software sales Lapalingo are final after 14 days.
ECU Software for used, custom, or non-DME Lapalingo Tuning supercharger systems is non-refundable.
Special Order merchandise cannot be Lapalingo accepted for refund or exchange.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges are subject to availability of suitable product.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds, except Lapalingo in the case of error by DME Tuning.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
